Many stagers will offer a free one hour consultation to sellers to show how they can assist a seller with making the home more approachable and desirable. If actual consultation is needed for staging, the pricing is usually affordable and many times payable at closing. Getting to the closing table is a process and working with a seasoned agent like me, you will be assisted by my full time assistant, Lisa Mendez, with her knowledged of all the paperwork required. Our title company, Title Alliance of Houston will handle all title issues and make sure that a timley title commitment is provided to potential buyers. Lisa and I will make recommendations for contractors, painters, flooring experts, any need that a seller may have can be addressed by one of our many referral associates. We can also provide the names of home inspectors who can perform a pre-listing inspection, if a seller is concerned about specific issues that may be identified when the property is inspected.
